Good wine makes good words
The sommelier Clara Antúnez and the poet Josep Pedrals have been working together for years, explaining the combined experience of wine and poetry with knowledge, sensitivity, and craftiness. Together, they are the ideal tandem to gracefully and intimately explain the phenomenon that wine produces in our senses and souls, letting ourselves be intoxicated by the fruitful gift of the nectar of the gods.
The sequence of the act can be simple: an organoleptic analysis guided to sharpen sensitivity and a series of magical words that, combined with ingestion, complete the activation of the subtle alcoholic effects in the mind. Or it can be much more comprehensive: being guided by the poet as if he were a Pied Piper of Hamelin and taking a journey through a special space that transports even further the entire sensory experience of wine and poetry.
A magnificent show to learn more about viticulture and poetry, to laugh and be carried away by words, and to share the joy of a moment dedicated to the pleasures of the body.

FOOD & WINE EXPERIENCES
Popi (boat + food)
Food tasting while sailing in beautiful traditional boats.
The activity consists of a day of sailing along the Costa Brava, anchored in a wonderful caves to rest, sunbathe, snorkel or paddle surf. The experience continues with a complete tasting menu, with products from the Palamós fish market and Empordà wines.
You can choose between watching the sunrise, having breakfast, going out at mid-morning for lunch after swimming or having dinner at sunset and then diving under the moonlight.
A wonderful day sailing through the Mediterranean and enjoying local products cooked on board by a professional chef.
Activity for a group of one to ten people.

Sea road
We walk through one of the best coastal paths of the Costa Brava, with a guide and tasting of local products.
We leave the beach of La Fosca in Palamós and continue walking towards the beach of Castell, one of the Emporda’s virgin beaches. Along the way we find some spaces with a remarkable singularity and beauty (Castell de Sant Esteve, Pineda d’en Gori, S’alguer…) We explain all the legends that are hidden behind each space.
On the way back we stop at a magical and exclusive point for a tasting of Empordà wines and to eat some snacks from local products.

Pairing is the art of combining wines and products to achieve sensory harmony.
Since immemorial times, cheese and wine have been the most direct and fun combination. Both complex and very interesting products, when tasted together, create moments of unforgettable pleasure.
With this experience we will taste 4 wines and 4 cheeses, hand in hand with a sommelier and one of the best experts in cheeses, seeing the importance of choosing well and the versatility of the elements.
