Returns in exercise of the right to withdraw the purchase.
All products purchased from lagastronomica.cat may be returned and refunded, provided that the user communicates the intention to return the product / s within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of delivery. LA GASTRONOMICA FOOD & WINE SL will only accept returns that meet the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, packaging and labeling.
A copy of the invoice must be included in the package, indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.
After reviewing the status of the returned items, LA GASTRONOMICA FOOD & WINE SL will inform the user if he is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the items purchased. In the event of exercising the right to withdraw, the user will only be required to bear the costs of returning the goods.
The amount will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the date the user communicated the intention to withdraw and using the same payment method that the user chose at the time of placing the order.
Returns of defective products.
In the event that the user considers a product defective at the time of delivery, they must notify LA GASTRONOMICA FOOD & WINE SL via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. LA GASTRONOMICA FOOD & WINE SL will refer to the corresponding manufacturer any claim for a defective product, and it will be the latter who will give an answer to the user.
Likewise, LA GASTRONOMICA FOOD & WINE SL guarantees the user the repair of the product, its replacement, reduction of the price or termination of the contract of sale, arrangements that will be free for the user. If the product / s cannot be replaced, the amount paid for that product / s will be refunded in full.
Deterioration or lack of material.
Any delivered product must be the subject of a thorough control by the customer, and in the event that anomalies, partial or total deterioration and / or absence of any product in the order are observed, it must make the appropriate observations. to the carrier's invoice.
Whether or not observations have been made on the carrier's invoice, the customer must indicate to the carrier his observations by certified letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 72 working hours of receipt of the product in question. .
If no comments are made, the product is considered to have been delivered in good condition and may not be the subject of any subsequent claim for this concept.
