Entrepreneur, passionate, eager and always ready to continue learning, Clara throws herself into sharing this knowledge with students -while she teaches at Joviat school-, or with people interested in wine, nutrition or in the combination of these and other subjects she knows so well. For Metàl·liques Grabalosa working with Clara was a real pleasure. It only took a simple mail to introduce ourselves, a phone call and everything went really quick. She visited the venue before the reception, she suggested ideas for the meal and she organized the wine tasting. She even helped us choose the furniture and material required, such as the glasses, containers and napkins.
The conference was addressed to active architects from the South of France, which is one of the main branches of our business and the talk was given in perfect French. Personally, I am left with the feeling that even though the conference was intense, the tasting gave a dramatic pleasant effect of calmness and serenity where all of us were able to sit, listen and connect while we enjoyed Clara's explanations. I am convinced that Clara's personality and, therefore, her company, give that effect which is an unbeatable result not everyone is able to give.
